Begger

[Ravenlas]

Lonely and silently, a young girl is stationed on her knees on a well traveld trail. Her hands are out before her, cupped, looking for a little money. She is dirty and wears tatered clothes, her face is a look of horror and dispare.

[Yugigurl]

Satsumi walked past a young girl sitting upon a trail. She noticed that girl held her hands out and that she had a look of despare upon her face. She turned back around and grabbed a few coins from her pocket. She walked up to thr girl, dropping the coins in her hands.

[Ravenlas]

She looked up and smiled faintly.
"Thank you."
She reached into her pocket and brought out a tear-drop made of wood, maybe an inch in length, and handed it to the the other girl.

[Yugigurl]

"Ah, it's so pretty! Are you sure you don't want it?" Satsumi smiled and took a good look at the tear-drop. I wonder if she made it...it's quite cool. "Did you make it?" She looked up at the graying sky, as if she wanted it to rain. Satsumi quite enjoyed rain; it made her feel lonely. Of course, that's how she felt most of the time, since her family is long gone.

[Ravenlas]

She nodded
"I make lots of them, see?"
SHe reached in her pack that lay by her feet, and brought out a handful of the little wooden tear-drops. She then replaced them in her pack.
"They help the angels find you and it tell them how big a heart you have. You are so very kind...."

[Yugigurl]

"Cool!" So that's why she gave it to me... "You are kind as well." Satsumi smiled and looked down at the ground. She started to feel light rain drops on her sleeveless arms. Aw, great! How I hate rain...

"Do you need a place to live? I have a spare room in my house. I'm cooking some stew at the moment if you are hungry."

[Ravenlas]

She bit her lip and looked down.
"I don't know if I should.... I'm not used to taking things from others without giving something in return..."

[Yugigurl]

"It's okay...I really don't mind...You already gave me something that's worth more than lots of things..." She stared off into the distance. Satsumi sighed and looked down to the ground.

[Ravenlas]

She smiled faintly.
"Then it would be an honor to stay with you. Thank you so much."

[Yugigurl]

"Good. Come along, then."
Satsumi started to turn around, waiting for the girl to follow.
"So, what's your name?"

[Ravenlas]

She got up, grabbing her pack and holding close to her chest in fear of losing it. She followed the other girl closely.
"My name is Angel... some people think i'm am one, but i'm not."

[Yugigurl]

"Aw, that's a pretty name! I'm Satsumi. Nice to meet you!"
Satsumi kept walking, until she got to a small, one-story house.
"We're here..." She walked up to the door, opened it, and held it open for Angel.

[Ravenlas]

She walked in and smiled as she pushed her soaked hair from her eyes.
"You have such a lovely home."

[Yugigurl]

"Thanks. Do you want a shower and dry clothes? You're gonna freeze!"

[Ravenlas]

"I have my own clothes. If I don't mind asking however, would you mind if I had somewhere to dry off and change?"
